What Causes Sinus And Throat Problems With Chest Pain?

I have been sick for the past few days with a very sore throat and sinus problems, I can barely sleep at night because I cough so bad!Today when I woke up it feels like someone is standing on my chest and when I swallow or cough it feels like something is stuck at the bottom of my throat. I was looking online and it seems like I may have bronchitis....do I need to go on into a doctor or can it get better with over the counter meds?
