What Causes Sinus Congestion And Thick Nasal Discharge?
Hi, Sometimes my left sinus feels like it clogs. When I attempt to blow my nose, I can feel something wanting to come out and there is alot of pressure. Eventually it will come out, and it is thicker than normal, and comes out in a rubbery consitency. Then my sinuses feel relieved. I ve been like this for years and it s only my left side. Right side hardly ever has anything. What could it be? I do have allergies, had them since I was a child. I am now 29.
