General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of sinus pressure, blew the nose, got rid of lot of mucus, left ear cracked, now blocked.
Your history is self explanatory.
This looks to be due to inflammation in the nose that spread to the sinuses, to the ear via Eustachian tube.
Blowing of nose put a pressure into the left ear through Eustachian tube causing the fullness in the middle ear cavity, not allowing the ear drum to move properly and thus causing blockage.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical examination.
You will be given prescription based antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and decongestant.
Do not blow nose again.
Take rest.
Take plain water steam inhalation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
