Hi. i have eczema, and I frequently have darker skin in areas where I have eczema or from scratches. I am African American, and fairly light skinned. I have noticed that my groin area is getting darker. I do not experience rashes, scaling skin, or bumps there. It does itch from time to time. Nothing that I have tried so far seems to make the dark color go away. At first I though it was a result of shaving, but now I am not so sure.
