Over the past year or so, I have developed dark patches on my skin above the temples (both sides - one is darker than the other). What could be the possible reasons for this (alchohol, stress, sugar?) I am male, 32 yrs. Indian. i can be emailed at YYYY@YYYY
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of skin darkening which seems to be due to increased senstivity of your skin of getting pigmented. It could be due to exvessive production of melanocytes. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with application of cream containing koji acid. Apply clindamycin gel at night time on face. You should take diet rich in fluids and multivitamins. I would suggest you to visit dermatologist once and get it examined. You should apply sunscreen TANCARE rich in spf 26. Avoid exposure to sunlight. Drink plenty of water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
