My husband has a quarter sized indentation on his lower leg, toward the inside of the shin bone. He is on heart medication, and for the past three months has omitted salt from his diet due to swelling of his ankles. That swelling has disappeared now, but he just noticed this tonight. I might add that about five years ago, he had a kidney removed because of kidney cancer. Hope there is no connection but just wanted to mention that, too. Thank you.
Hi. As per your case history of indentation on lower limb, my treatment advice is - 1. It may be a small atrophic skin. So don't worry. 2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected if it is bothering. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching and NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
