What Causes Skin Peeling Inside The Nose?

Hi, I think i ve recently gotten some sort of nose infection, the skin just inside is peeling & is extremely dry, sore & crusting over & the skin continues to peel each day spreading just outside my nose, is it a fungal infection or something? please help!
