What Causes Skin Rashes After Shingles Disease?

I served in Desert Shield and Desert Stormier breaking out with skin rashes the analogy is when I was younger I had Chicken pox .3 years ago I broke out with Shingles, is it possible from being in a war zone I picked up some virus while serving in Iraq and Kuwait ?

Shingles occurs due to reactivation of latent chicken pox virus.

However, physical and mental stress in your case could have reactivated the virus
