What Causes Skin Rashes And Nose Bleeds In Pregnancy?

I do not know if i should come in or not. I m 22 weeks pregnant. I m not sure if i have a cold or something more serious. My skin is breaking out really bad, it feels like i may have fluid on my back, and my nose bleeds when i blow it. should i be worried, I m more concerned about the baby if it is more serious.

Hello,
I can understand your concern about your baby, so i would like to assure you that sometimes in pregnancy coagulation profile is altered, which can lead to nasal bleeding. skin also becomes dry and itchy during pregnancy, which is again absolutely normal.
So my advise to you for nasal bleeding is that you can use 2 drops of simple saline nasal drops before getting out of bed in morning. which will be helpful, but if you are having constipation and dark stool or any bleeding from other site, then get your blood examined for BT, CT, PT and INR. You can get back to me after having results or can consult any physician after results.
Regarding your skin rashes and dryness, i would advise you to use any good moisturizer and never keep your skin dry. always dry your body immediately after having bath. Use coconut oil, castor oil or olive oil to get rid off the itching and drying of skin.
Hope these much things will be very helpful to you.
