What Causes Skin Rashes On Feet?

My 2 1/2 yr old daughter has what looks like mosquito bites on her feet on the top of the feet. They just suddenly appeared and seem to be painful or itchy as it is upsetting her. She reacts to mosquitoes and usually a bite turns into a welt. Could it be something else?

Dermatologist 's  Response
According to the site and age of the child it seems to be case of papular urticaria which is insect bite hypersensitivity. You should apply momatasone -fusidic acid combination over the lesions and give her syrup cyproheptadine. You should not send her to areas with dense vegetation especially in late evening and at night and make her wear full sleeved shirts and trousers/pajamas at night.
