What Causes Skin Reactions To Cold With Itching?

i have noticed over the past few months, my skin is reacting to cold. It looks and feels like an orange peel when i get in cold water. I have even rubbed an ice cube on both of my arms and one spot on my chest. Everywhere the cold touches me, it looks like i get fluid under my skin and it itches like crazy and it takes about 20 minutes then it goes away and i am fine. I currently take vasotec 2.5 mg and norvask 5.0 mg for blood pressure. Could that be causing that or something else?
