What Causes Skin Sensitivity, Bumps And Bleeding In The Hands?
I am 68 and continue to experience thinning skin on the backs of my hands. What was a casual bump against something now tears the skin which bleeds and must be addressed by bandaging the wounds. The blood stays under the skin for weeks sometimes. My hands are sensitive and are generally sore. I m an artist and find it difficult to keep them injury free. I want to know what it is and what can I do to fatten up my skin so life is easier! Please give me some direction other than it s just a part of getting older. Thank you.

hi.u probably having eczema on the dorsum of ur hand.it can be due to detergents ,soap or dryness due to ageing process.stop use antibacterial soaps use mild soap like dove etc.keep ur hand moisturizer with white petroleum or any good moisturizing cream3 to 4 times daily.n use beta methasone ointment twice daily for 2 weeks.thanks.
