I am very curious about some skin tag-like moles on my thigh. Although only one is quite large, I have three very small skin-like tags. I am not promiscuous and very very concerned that this is NOT genital warts. Can you help me diagnose these?
I understand your concern for the skin tag like moles on the thigh.
In view to help you best it would be better if you can send a close high resolution picture of the area so that the exact guidance can be given to you. You can send the picture at:

Otherwise as per your details it appears to be simple benign swelling and also not related to nay sexually transmitted infections like genital warts.
It appears to be simple skin tags. These can be very easily treated by a simple procedure called as Radio-frequency ablation.
Do not try to pinch or pop the area as can get infected and can become painful.
All the best.
