What Causes Skipping Of Heart Beat,rapid Heart Rate And Panic Attack?
heart feels like it skips a beat then that makes my throat tickle and i cough,gets worse when falling asleep. i usually end up waking up feeling as if i stopped breathing for a minute and my heart stopped.then my heart starts beating rewal fast like a panic attack and i try to lay down and drift off to sleep again.this will happen a few more times then i eventually fall asleep

Your symptoms could be related to a sleep disorder. Anxiety or sleep apnea cannot be excluded either. For this reason, I would recommend performing a polysomnogram in order to investigate for a possible sleep disorder.
