I have an mirena out, ive had no bleeding in at least the last 3 months then 2 mornings ago I woke up with some bleeding only when I wipr though ..but when I check my strings there s quite a bit of blood inside me ...the 2nd morning I woke up like this I felt very over emotional I m constantly hungry. I m not sure this is normal or just because I m under a lot of stress. Frequent headaches and dizziness and nausea is also symptoms I ve been having

Hi,
After Mirena removal fertility returns soon. So spotting you have can be withdrawal of the hormones in Mirena or pregnancy. You need to be examined (by a gynecologist) followed by USG scanning if necessary to find or be the exact cause, followed by needful treatment.
