What Causes Slight Pain In The Right Testicle?

Hello,I m a male of 23 years old I have a slight pain in the right testicule exactly from the connection with spermatic cord and it happen some time from inside under my abdomen in the right side , when i practice sports (body building)i fell practically nothing . 20 days ago i had in the scortum of the right tecticule a little nodules with pus ....i got for 7 days the antibiotics and it is gone but the pain is started up.I did Echo and everything is okay. 2 doctors had canceled the hernia hypothese....please help me to know exactly what i have .Thanks

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
IT looks from your history that you are suffering from nerve pinching or entrapment in the abdominal musculature . This gives rise to testicular pain down.
Take muscle relaxants, apply rubrafacient ointments to lower abdomen or give hot fomentation.
Do not do any activity that will strain the abdominal muscles.
Go for ultrasonography of the scrotum and abdomen to find other possible causes of the pain you are suffering from,
