What Causes Slight Swelling And Bleeding?

I was with my boyfriend last night and im pretty certian we didnt have sex. We were drinkin and he fingered me. Today i am sore slightly swollen, uncomfortable and bleeding. Is their something wrong with me ?? is their any change i might need the morning after pill ? what should i do because i cant find anyone who will help me and i cant tell my parents ?
