What Causes Slight Vaginal Bleeding While On Cytotec?

I take cytotec around 12noon... 1orally and two inserted vihinally... after 2hour I got slight bleeding and daerhia. 3hours later I take cytotec and the cramp start.... and havier blood loss 5pm I felt that something come out and it size is like coin...6pm I take another and the last dose is at 9pm.... after the coin size come out a bit cramp and minimal bleeding and can manage to take a sleep and this morning I only have small amount of bleed... did I have a succeful miscarage?

Hello,

As Cytotec is an abortion pill, so during abortion, that content came out with bleeding. I will suggest you to take these medications under guidance of Gynaecologist, as it sometimes causes heavy bleeding.

So, do regular follow up with gynaecologist, so she can confirm abortion by per speculum examination or advise Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. If your gestational age is one to one and half month then only these medications works properly. Otherwise you have to go for D and C after gynaecologist consultation.
