What Causes Slower Heartbeats And Black Outs?

Hi, today I feel extremely tired and I feel as if my heart is beating slower than usual. I had what I call an episode where it feels as if my heart stops, than suddenly starts. During thisepisode I feel like I blacked out and I can t hear anything for a second than afterward the middle of my back hurts and I am tired. This has been going on for many years now and no one seems to believe me. Doctors have done EKG and blood work and say they find nothing and send me home. Is there something wrong with me or am I just imagining it?

Hi welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms point to underlying complete heart blocks. This can be evaluated through a baseline EKG and a 24h holter EKG.Drugs like isoprenaline can increase the heart rate.Electrophysiological studies can detect any aberrant bundle of conduction.Radiofrequency ablation can offer permanent cure.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
