What Causes Sluggish Physical Activity In A Child?

One child is ,7 years old is havingay to so slow day to day activities while on mental scale,he is always thinking something.Everything is normal except onething that he is unable to perform daily routines & even so weak that can,t walk independantly but with parents helps sonly.My question is that is it possible that his mental ability,concentration level and memory by BIRTH is so high which is diactivating his Physical Activity.

Thanks for follow up. You know you see who is like he in your family, if you find somebody it means hereditary. He should be training every day in daily routin, because he doesn't have habits. He is child, his muscles are weak, you should increase their tonus by doing exersises, joga, push ups, hanging, swimming. In addition you should check his blood test , if he has anaemia then he cant perform properly, you shoud treat him. Birth dominanta can impair or increase activity, but if you willl find his hobbies it will be easier to manage this situation
