What Causes Slurring Of Speech?

I went to neurologist because eye dr. And pcp were concerned I fall a lot. I also have been stuttering a lot more then normal and sometimes confusing my words. Upon examination I tested positive for clonus, had a positive babinski and Romberg test. I also have RA. I had mri of brain and neck that only showed arthritic changes in neck consistent with RA. Also had an incidental finding of a possible pituitary tumor so now I have to have another mri dedicated to pituitary gland. I have always been a klutz, stuttered when I was a teenager, and just never stopped falling since I was a kid haha. I have to follow up with neuro to make sure nothing is getting worse in 3 months. Do I need to be worried? I am a 43 year old female.
