Hello- I am 46 Years old and here in the last few months I have discovered, I have a small blister on the side of my left foot. It is so sore after I have worked my 8 hour shift, I am almost in tears by the time I make it home.I have tried soaking it in Epson salts, plain hot water, all sorts of neosporine medicine, cortisone and it is still here and still hurting!!!! please HELP ME Dr.. There are many causes of foot blisters like if your foot ware are too tight or too loose which cause friction n give rise to blisters.
If it is the reason, then opt for comfortable foot ware.it can be due to excessive sweating, so dust Flucos ITZ dusting powder 2 to 3 times per day. It can also be due to bacterial or viral infection, even long standing working hrs gives rise to foot blisters.
So, kindly make changes in your routine and even after the changes, still you are getting blisters, then visit your physician and take his/her opinion.
