Hi Doctor, I have small blood blisters on my scrotum. Occasionally they rupture and bleed. I have had these for several years. They are not painful; they do not itch. I am a 62 year old male. I take a 81 mg aspirin daily and 20 mg of lisinopril for high blood pressure. Should these blisters be a concern. How can I remove them. Jon
