Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, for the time until you visit an orthopedician, i would adv you to take adequate rest with minimal mobility at the knees, an analgesic like tab Zinase-D 1 tab twice daily after meals along with tab Pantop 40 mg before breakfast.
Get an Xray of the injured parts for the possibility of a bony injury.
Thanks
Take care
