What Causes Small Bubbles Popping Inside My Foot?

Hi, I work in a warehouse and stand on my feet for about 10 hours a day for 4 days. I recently got new shoes to help give my arch more support. When I get off I massage my feet to help relieve some pain. When I got off this morning I was massaging the inside of my foot and it felt like I was popping little bubbles inside my foot. What could it be?

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got blisters due to new shoes as new shoes take some days to adjust to your foot. No need to worry much these will resolve in a day or two.For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovering. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
