What Causes Small Bump Inside Vagina?

I lost my virginity 4 years ago, i have never been able to orgasm during sex, which i hear is quite normal. however i am unsure what to do about my other problem, every time i have sex the back wall of my vagina hurts. my partner says he can feel it and he says there's a bump there, that he has never noticed on his ex's before. when he hits that bump it hurts, doesn't feel like any sort of pleasure. other than having that hurt during sex i feel fine, and everything else seems to be fine! I have no idea if its normal or if im just different or if the bump could be life threatening. please let me know what your opinion is.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a genital wart. We have to rule out other possibilities like molluscum also. Nothing much to worry as both of them are harmless and easily curable conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
