What Causes Small Bump On Buttocks Area?

I have a small(slightly larger than a pimple) bump on the bottom of my butt cheek, near my lady parts. I ve noticed it about 3 days ago. It s painful to walk and sit. There is no head or anything like that to squeeze. When I do try to squeeze it, it feels large under the skin.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
