What Causes Small Bump On The Corner Of The Iris?
I am watching a 20 year old special needs child while his parents are on vacation. He has a very very small bump on the corner of his iris. Its clear. It almost looks like a scratch, except he can t move his hands so I don t know how he would have gotten a scratch. Also his eye has redness throughout. He only goes outside for maybe 10 minutes a day, and the rest of time he spends in his room. He is not mobile.

scratch or any other thing can not be identifies by layman unless other wise examined by eye doctor ina slit lamp. scratch can be in cornea.it appears scratch is on cornea and got infected. so start antibiotic drop likeofloxacin .3%drop 6hourly. neosporine eye ointment can be applied at bedtime. you may get it examined by eye doctor. if he further advises different then followthe advise.
