Hi my 8 year old went swimming yesterday evening in a public pool. He wore goggles to protect his eyes. This morning I noticed that there were small bumps around his eyes. Almost exactly around the surface of his eyes where his goggles were. I am wondering if its the goggles that could have caused his rash or something else? I have applied fucidan in the area.
your son seems to have developed an allergics reaction due to contact with the goggles . Such an alleggic reaction can occur if s person is allergic to the material of the goggles , Avoid wearing these in future . Application of s topical steroid cream usually helps . Sometimes antihistamines have to be given along .
