what causes small bumps behind ear. They are very small, white, almost in a cluster. Behid earlobe, going upward. painful. this is for a friend. not sure how long it s been. seems like it s been a while. wondering if there is something that can be done at home.

I think those are lymph nodes enlarged over. Take some antibiotic like Moxifloxacin for 10 days. Remove scalp off dandruff if any. U will be cured.
