What Causes Small Bumps On The Penis?

I have an issue with my Penis that has been consistent for 2 years now. The skin on the Glans is damaged and looks cracked and shriveled and dry. Sometimes very little,red/purple bumps appear around the rim It is constantly sore and I have to wear tight underwear so it won t hurt from rubbing when I walk. I am circumcised. When I am slightly dehydrated it can sometimes hurt after I urinate. It all started after I moved into a new house and masturbated a lot for a week with some random lotion I found. I have been to three doctors and a urologist as well as a dermatologist who all tell me nothing is wrong, though the urologist diagnosed me with Prostatitis. No one addressed the soreness and discoloration of the skin though and like I said I have been dealing with this constantly for 2 years no every day.

Since you already checked with most of the specialty doctors. We can rule out infection and sexually transmitted infection. It can be due to contact dermatitis - local application steroid for a week and check out. Share a picture for better understanding.
