Welcome to Healthcaremagic!

I have noted your concerns and feel that most probably it is due to blockage of sweat gland pores. This is quite common in friction prone sites and that too in areas that tend to accumulate sweat.

The best remedy for such a condition is to wipe or sponge the area several times a day, may be 6-8 times, using fresh water and then letting it dry up.
additionally some patients are helped by use of Anti allergic medication lie Cetirizine for some days..

Please make sure that talcum powder is not used since that might block the pores again.

You should be well soon.
Best wishes
