What Causes Small Colorless Bump On My Face?

I have a small colorless bump on my face right next to my nose. I've had it for maybe 2 weeks now and it hurts only slightly when I touch it. At the moment it isn't noticeable but I can feel the bump. It almost feels like a big pimple or a mosquito bite. I don't think it has gotten any smaller or bigger. What could it be?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

After reading your query with diligence I can make out that it is either a acne closed comedone or cyst or milia or any related thing because it is present from very short period of time.

I suggest you to not touch or pinch the area as can get enlarged or secondarily infected.

You can take my help in diagnosis and treatment suggestions. For that you can send pictures of good resolution with detailed history at my web address so that I can help you best. You can send it to:
