What Causes Small Dry Spots On The Waist Line?

Ive been experiencing dry spots around my waist line and on my upper legs. Should i be concerned? I know that already a little overweight for my age (14) but i was wondering if i should be concerned about this. Also, I would really appreciate any tips to help me lose weight ASAP. I hope to lose roughly 30 pounds in 2 months or if possible, less. Thanks!

The dry spots do not have to be related to your weight. Please apply moisturizers to them and wait for sometime before visiting a doctor. To reduce your weight you will need to consult a dietician and go for such a measure with the consent and guidance of your pediatrician. If you had mentioned your height and weight I would have suggested to you whether you are overweight or obese. however you can check the standard charts for the same and find that out yourself. it would be good to increase your physical activity while cutting down on high caloric diet to check weight related issue.
