Hi, I understand your concern. - small gestational sac many a times means late conception. Many ladies have history of irregular / long cycles which may cause ovulation & conception at a later date than expected. A follow up scan many a times shows growth of sac. - Some times ( but not always) small gestational sac indicates possibility of fetal loss. It seems to be the possibility with you at you had a ovulation study followed by IUI. This needs repeated monitoring to confirm no growth / HCG levels in blood helps in diagnosis. Please don't be tense, IUI does need several attempts for success in conception & conception rate with IUI is good in sterility patients. Give it a full chance . be under your doctor's care. Thanks.
