Hello thanx for the queiry.it could be fibroma due to trauma from biting tongue.firstly stop the habit of biting on your tongue.then get your sharp cusp tips trimmed.kindly go for a consultancy and biopsy for tongue lesion with a oral surgeon..hope it helps..take care..
