What Causes Small Hard Lump On Lower Back?

Hi. I fell at work 4 years ago. Landed on my back on concrete. My lower back was the most hurt. I recently discoved a small hard lump, which hurts whenever i put pressure on it. Also, whenever I carry heavy or bend forward too much, after a few hours I can bearly walk.

hi.

it is best if you have it checked by a physician, preferably an orthopedic surgeon. you could also have an MRI done to check if there's a real lesion or the "lump" is just an inflammatory reaction from your history of trauma.

for now, you could apply lukewarm compress over the area for at least 10-15min a day to relieve the inflammation if there is. and you could take NSAIDs for pain after meals, as needed.
