What Causes Small Itchy Red Bumps On Skin?

I get small, red bumps. They itch and then I ll notice a hard core top. I get them below my jawline, sides of neck, behind my ears, tops of shoulders and back of scalp. Not like a rash, they just pop up one here or one there. After a maybe a week it s gone.

Hello, going by your history, it appears that you had occasional insect bite hypersensitivity reaction, i would adv you to apply dermocalm lotion on the lesion if they pop up and take tab Levosiz 5 mg at bedtime.
Do this for 5 days
The lesions should resolve completely in this duration
