What Causes Small Itchy Spot On The Penis After Unprotected Intercourse?

I dont know if i have might caught something of im just being paranoid, i had sex with a girl ive known for a while i was drunk and it was unprotected..ive read a couple articles and i seems like when i read something i feel it haha but i have no flu no spots no nothing on me, i dont know if its all in my head or what but i feel like i got a very very small i dont know if its an itch or something on the tip if my penis..im not sure maybe im paranoid

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection or just Fordyce spot. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful in identifying. If fungal infection using ointments with combination of antifungal like miconazole and corticosteroid like flucinolone for local application will be helpful. If Fordyce spots then harmless. Taking antioxidants and more garlic will be helpful in getting rid off this. Tretinoin ointment is helpful if it is persisting.
