What Causes Small Lump In Upper Part Of Left Calf Muscle?

I've had a small lump in the upper part of my left calf muscle for several months. Recently, bruising started around it, and it's a little bit painful when pushed. It feels like the size of a pea, and is the consistency of a marble. I'm a 35y/o active female.

HI. This looks to be a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma.
The better way can be to do a FNAC= fine needle aspiration cytology.
This will give an idea.
The best way is to get the lump excised in toto. This will remove the disease and you get a tissue diagnosis.
