I have a small lump on the inside lefter corner of my mouth. that spot has been purple for a few years and the lump just appeared a little over a week ago. Its not painful and it doesn't seem to be filled with fluid as I have tried to drain it. It's about the size of a pea and tends to go down in size and flare back up again periodically.
