What Causes Small Moveable Lump Under Breast?

I have a moveable small lump beneath my left Breast - sitting like right on my rib. It had been there a while but I forgot about it till I just noticed it again recently. I had Breast cancer (triple negative) 5 years ago in March. Any ideas what this could be?

not to worry much as being movable, this is a benign condition like fibroadenoma

if really worries you can go for an FNAC test for confirmation
