What Causes Small Pimples On Forehead And Cheeks?
I have small tiny pimples on my forehead, cheeks and on nose too from past 15 years. No itching, no pus. As it does not harm, I did not consult any doctor. But now a days its density is more. and face looks ugly. Could you please help me why this happens?

you seem to have a T-zone which is oily and secretes more oil. The face should be washed more often to avoid pus formation. Drink more juices and water. In case, the shape and size is unusual from the routine, kindly visit a skin expert. Please share your pictures for further advice.
