What Causes Small Rash On Hand?

my husband has a small rash on hand and few weeks ago was in contact with hand foot and mouth disease and wondered if it could have been that but I am doubting that bc has not been in contact with the kids for at least 3 weeks and he does not have an immune problem so not sure what it could be but he was eager to know f it was HFMD

Rash is in the form of blisters in hand foot mouth disease and it is to early to say any thing about cause of that particular rash however histo-pathology after doing biopsy always shows reticular degeration in hand foot mouth diseases.
