I can understand your concern for various red blotches on stomach and chest area. After analyzing your query with best diligence I can make a possibility of vasculitis or urticaria. I suggest you to meet a doctor for the exact diagnosis of the condition. In your kind of cases I suggest then to use a topical antibiotic with mild steroid based cream along with an anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine tablets such as paracetamol and cetrizine respectively. Do not try to pinch or pop the area as can get further aggravated. All the best.
