What Causes Small Red Blotches On Stomach And Chest?

I am a 44 year old male approximately 5 foot 5 and 160 pounds. Over time I have noticed an incresing number of small red blotches on my stomach area. Right now there are probably about 7, or 8. I s thisa cause for concern. Also, I have just recently notice beneath the surface of my skin something hard and raised. It feels like a marble. I have had something similar on my chest and now the same thing has developed on my stomach. Please let me know what this might be.

I suggest you to meet a doctor for the exact diagnosis of the condition. In your kind of cases I suggest then to use a topical antibiotic with mild steroid based cream along with an anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine tablets such as paracetamol and cetrizine respectively. Do not try to pinch or pop the area as can get further aggravated.
