I have these small red itchy sores at the base of my penis. It started with just one and quickly spread in 3 to 4 days. I also had them on my tail bone, the sores there are gone now but they left behind a raw dry skin patch that still itches. I was told recently that i should get myself tested for clamydia but i am not experiencing any discharged from the tip, or painful urination so i dont think that's what these bumps are, please help.
