What Causes Small Red Pimples Around The Chest Area?
Hi I have small red pimples around my chest area and also on my elbow area, I also get flared up Pimples on my neck which look bad and reoccur with stress.my skin needs moisturiser daily and I Have undue Aging lines for my 34 years being male ! Can you help as this problem is a full time worry!

It may be acne vulgaris or folliculitis most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply clindamycine cream and to take cap minocycline 100 mg daily for few weeks.
