For several years I ve had a small red dot on the tip of my nose. For the past week there are now 4 red dots on in a half-inch almost square to the side of my nose. I ve been rubbing peroxide on it and then a natural cream but it s not going away at all. The middle of the square looks whitish compared to rest of nose, but I figure that might be from using peroxide
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have small red spot on the nose which could be due to number of reasons such as diet, dust, oil get trapped in the pores of skin and resulting in sensitive bumps. It could be due to rosacea ,eczema , reaction to an allergen and exposure to irritating substances like soap and chemicals . There is also possibility of sinusitis . I would suggest apply warm compresses to nose , exfoliate once a week and apply azelaic acid cream after washing face and take steam. You should consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically and order skin test for allergy and blood test for infection along with CT scan . Doctor may prescribe anti bacterial like clindamycin along with anti inflammatory
