What Causes Small Red Spots On Lower Legs?
Hello, Hi I ve been wearing shorts recently and my legs have been fine. I wore pants and when I took them off I noticed small red dots on my lower legs. They are very small. I noticed on the inside of my pants was my dogs fur. I might be allergic to him. I am not sure. The red spots don t hurt or itch. I am unsure what they are.

Your guess seems to be right. You need to be more cautious next time you wear pants. In the meantime just wash the area frequently and also have your pants properly laundered. The rash will go away in all probability. If that does not happen, pleas consult a local doctor.
