Bleeding does not always means miscarriage. Following are the causes:- 1)Implantation, when the embryo attaches to the uterine lining 2) Having sex 3)Hormonal changes 4) Internal exam by your midwife or doctor 5) Cervical changes or irritation of the cervix 6)Infection 7)threatened miscarriage. I would advise you to visit your gynaecologist. Go for pelvic Ultrasound to rule out cause. Hope this answers your question.
